Dennis Schooley
Founder
Dennis is the founder of Schooley Mitchell and has years of Franchising experience, helping to establish profitable and rewarding businesses for professionals of all types throughout North America. He is directly responsible for providing Franchise Candidates with information throughout the qualification process, allowing each Candidate to make an informed business decision about joining Schooley Mitchell. Dennis also has a passion for Sales and Marketing, and has lead the development of SM’s initial training for new Franchisees.
Jessica McLean
Chief Business Development Officer
Formerly Schooley Mitchell’s Director of Operations, Chief Business Development Office Jessica McLean is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Schooley Mitchell, including human resources, strategic planning and more. Well versed in all areas of the business, she has also been instrumental in the development of the QuickStart program – the extensive coaching and mentoring program offered to all Franchisees during their first year of operation. She directly assists Dennis Schooley in Franchise Development, providing information and guiding Candidates throughout the process, and acting as a liaison between Franchise Advisor and the Candidates you represent.
Mike DeBoer
Franchising Communications Manager
Mike is a valued member of the Franchise Development team, creating and maintaining our Franchise Development content and related sites while helping to facilitate the onboarding that takes Candidates from the early stages of the process to active Schooley Mitchell Franchisee. With a background in Communications, Mike helps to ensure our Candidates and Franchise Advisors receive messaging that accurately reflects our brand and the benefits we provide our Franchisees.
Joanne Sales
Franchise Development
Advisor
Joanne is a valued member of the Franchise Development team, facilitating the onboarding that takes Candidates from the early stages of the process to active Schooley Mitchell Franchisee. She helps with determining Candidate suitability and relaying information to them. A helpful guide throughout the process, she assists Candidates with arrangements when travelling to Head Office for Discovery Day and initial training. Joanne is a main point of contact for the Candidates and Franchise Advisors.
Lindsay Ballantyne

Advisor
Lindsay is responsible for guiding Candidates through the discovery process, as well as reaching out to Candidates who contact us through our website and social media sites. She also takes care of administrative duties in our Franchise Development department, ensuring a seamless process for our Candidates and their coaches and consultants.
Carol-Ann Raymond

Advisor
Carol-Ann is a valued member of the Franchise Development team, assisting in facilitating the onboarding that takes Candidates from the early stages of the process to active Schooley Mitchell Franchisee. She helps with determining Candidate suitability and relaying discovery information to them. A helpful guide throughout the process, she assists Candidates throughout their due diligence process.
